These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Zerkalo AutoPosting application and the website https://post.vectorargus.ru (the "Service"), operated by Individual Entrepreneur Albert Faridovich Zaripov (OGRNIP 323169000187380, TIN 165055068150) ("Operator", "we", "us").

1. About the Service

Zerkalo AutoPosting (also referred to as "Zerkalo — Social Media Management") is a software-as-a-service platform for digital creators, SMM agencies, and businesses to schedule, manage, and publish content to TikTok and other social networks using official platform APIs, including the TikTok Content Posting API and TikTok Login Kit. The Service is offered to third-party users and is not limited to internal or personal use by the Operator.

2. Acceptance

By accessing or using Zerkalo AutoPosting, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

3. Account and TikTok authorization

You must provide accurate information when registering. When you connect a TikTok account, you authorize Zerkalo AutoPosting to access your account as permitted by the scopes you approve. You are responsible for compliance with TikTok's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines.

Paid plans are billed as described on the website. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change pricing with reasonable notice.

6. Intellectual property

You retain ownership of your content. You grant us a limited license to process and transmit your content solely to provide the Service. The Zerkalo AutoPosting name, logo, and software remain our property.

7. Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is". We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or specific growth results on TikTok. Platform API changes may affect functionality.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Operator is not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or account actions taken by TikTok or other platforms.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms.
